Why should you join SWEAT Boot Camp?



I joined SWEAT Boot Camp because I finally found a class that motivates and excites me to workout.

I joined to get rid of the fat that wasn't on my body 2 years ago.

I joined so that in 1 year when I'm walking down the aisle, I'm a smokin‚ hot looking bride.

I joined because I know Papi's motivating techniques push me to push myself. The fast speeds on the treadmill (9 mph almost kills me!), Papi's yelling, and occasional pushups for punishment, make me stronger than I was before.

I joined because I know feelings of nausea and body pain will pass.

I joined because I'm motivated and dedicated to the NEW ME.

"Sweat Boot Camp is fantastic! Not only is it the most strenuous class I've ever taken, the expert focus on proper form also makes it the most informed and impactful. I've never seen any class like this before. In fact, thanks to Chris' instruction on proper form for running, I'm running 5 to 8 miles a day (uphill even) with no knee pain. Thanks Chris!"

I really enjoyed your fabulous "Boot Camp for Dummies" the other day :-) and hearing about how you're creating your dream business. I know you'll be a huge success, I can see it and feel it. You've already inspired me to think, I can actually be in shape again. You have no idea how great that makes me feel already...it's tough "getting old"...but nothing is impossible!

I have been going to Sweat Boot Camp for 5 months, and Chris and the staff there have totally revolutionized the way I work out. Nothing I could ever do on my own would challenge me as much as one hour in their class does. Even on my "off days," when I work out on my own, I find it boring and uninspiring. After one class at Sweat, I was hooked! My first time was on a Saturday and I came back on Sunday...and Monday...and Tuesday, and the rest is history. I even tried to take a month off to try something new and avoid burnout, but I was barely able to stay away for two weeks. Over 2 consecutive Optimal course months I lost 11 pounds and my body is in the best shape it's been since high school, if not ever. Taking class with Chris is tough but rewarding, and after time he becomes not only an instructor, but a friend too. Sweat really is the best workout in San Diego, guaranteed!
