Class Descriptions

  


  Classes at SWEAT Boot Camp are designed to get a specific result from each commando who takes them. Whether you are a beginner or in great shape, these classes will challenge you and maximize your results. With the help of our amazing instructors, these courses will build the strength and endurance you have been searching for.
   
Basic Training : This class is designed for those who may not be able to go at an advanced pace and/or may have restraints on exercises they can perform. Seniors / Injured / Extremely Overweight: This class is for you
   
Commando Training: This workout consists of 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio exercise done at the discretion of the instructor. The workout is usually divided into 10 minute cycles. Stay with this program and expect immediate results.
   
Killer Abs: This challenging workout abs workout combined with cardio may result in a lean flat stomach. This class is the best abs workout period, there are none to compare.
   
Optimal Course : This course is a series of classes that runs 5 days a week for four weeks. Optimal Courses begins the first Monday of every month and commandos must be ready for four weeks of hell. Expect dramatic results after surviving the academy and you will find yourself signed up for every month that follows.
